Manufacturing

Eight controlled stages, one accountable mill

Vertical production means no handover gaps. Every stage below happens under our own production plan, with defined checkpoints and a single team responsible for the finished roll.

Production Process

From fiber to export container

A typical workwear twill programme moves through these eight stages. Buyers receive status reporting at each transition.

  1. 01

    Fiber

Cotton and man-made fibre sourced against agreed staple, grade and origin criteria.

  2. 02

    Spinning

Ring and open-end yarn spun and evenness-tested to the count required by the construction.

  3. 03

    Weaving

Air-jet and rapier looms in our own mills produce twill, ripstop, canvas and plain constructions.

  4. 04

    Dyeing

Continuous and exhaust dyeing with lab-dip approval and bulk shade banding.

  5. 05

    Finishing

Sanforising, mercerising and functional treatments applied to the approved specification.

  6. 06

    Inspection

4-point system inspection of 100% of finished yardage under standardised lighting.

  7. 07

    Packaging

Roll-to-roll packing, labelling and marking to buyer and destination requirements.

  8. 08

    Export

Container loading, documentation and shipment to Europe, North America, Australia and Asia.
