A manufacturer, accountable for the cloth itself
DSNZ Textile Manufacturing is a professional producer of workwear and uniform fabrics. We own our weaving capacity, we manage our own dyeing and finishing, and we take responsibility for what leaves our mills.
Our Company
Built for uniform programmes, not fashion seasons
DSNZ was established to serve a specific need: buyers of workwear and uniform cloth were being supplied by traders who could not answer technical questions, hold shade across repeats, or commit to a production date. We removed that layer.
Today we weave, dye and finish workwear fabrics across a 140–500 GSM range in cotton, CVC, TC, ripstop and canvas constructions. Our development team engineers new cloth from yarn selection upward, and our laboratory validates every claim we make before bulk is released.
Because we operate in both China and Myanmar, we can place an order where it makes the most commercial sense for the buyer — while the specification, the approval process and the quality standard stay identical.
How We Work
Five commitments behind every order
Manufacturing in China and Myanmar
Two production bases under one quality system. Our Myanmar facility in the Yangon Thilawa Special Economic Zone complements our Chinese weaving, dyeing and finishing operations, giving buyers origin flexibility for duty and lead-time planning.
Professional production management
Production planning, loom allocation and dyehouse scheduling are managed against committed delivery dates. Order status is reported to buyers at each stage, from yarn issue to container loading.
OEM and ODM experience
We manufacture to buyer specification and we develop original constructions when a specification does not yet exist. Private-label programmes, custom selvedge marking and buyer-specific packing are standard practice.
Quality assurance
Incoming, in-process and final inspection with an in-house laboratory for physical and colour fastness testing to ISO and AATCC methods. Third-party verification arranged on request.
Long-term international cooperation
Our customers are garment manufacturers, uniform rental groups and PPE brands in Europe, North America, Australia and Southeast Asia — most of them on multi-season repeat programmes.
